Alternative mirrors for bikes with wrap around handguards?

There is a suggestion that the wind noise while riding the Norden is from the existing mirrors, not the screen.

Other than the tiny underbar/bar end mirrors, which are too small for decent road use, has anyone got an alternative that are maybe lower but still give a decent rear view?
Obviously, bar end mirrors won’t work.

I have found these:
They seem to need the guard frame to be drilled but look neat enough.
or these:
I assume they will fit the Husky, even if adapters are needed.

Who says bar end mirrors won't work with handguards?

Little bit of innovation and longer bolts . . . . . anything is possible (probably)
On my GT the little clip on extra screen ha.s made more difference to wind noise than changing mirrors

Interesting. What make of mirror (although, with your theory, any bar end mirror would work)

My screen is much higher and does seem effective. The mirrors are very high.

Photos won’t load!!!

They're Area 1, from Germany. Much better than the cheap chinese crap most sell (small and blue lens so fucking useless), these have proper clear lens, a decent size and a couple different styles. It's just a case of getting some sort of spacer/collet and washers to go between the hand guard and the mirror mount which grips the guard into place and some longer bolts to go through everything.

Well. That was weird.
I took the mirrors off and popped down the road to try it out.
The wind noise is still there but, really confusingly, the wind on my chest was really noticeable.

I think we can close this post now as it seems irrelevant.
