freeride 250 rear brake fail

hi dudes, leaked fluid out of a rear brake piston. then full maintenance to rear brake system but I just get 50% of the braking power. any idea?

The Freerides have a reputation for having poor brakes. Even with a 100% working system they still are shit.

replaced seals, bleed and clean pads, it works perfectly.
