You can get it for about 1.70ish a can if you buy bulk.

But the aldi deal is very good.

 

Halfords have a barcode glitch. Works out at £1.17 a can. Went in there and bought 20 the other day and got a few funny looks.

 

What do you have to do to get it at that price ? Any particular amount / sizes of cans needed..........

 

When they scan the can it comes up with an error so they end up tapping in a code from a little piece of paper/card next to the till. It's happened in 2 separate stores now (Newport and Cwmbran) so assuming it happens across the country.

It's supposed to be only if you buy £25 worth of push bike gear but just happens to work without buying any.

Cover the bike after cleaning and it prevents rust and leaves everything very shiny!

 

Is that the 200 or 400 ml can

 

Aldi is 400ml cans, grabbed 10 from there this morning,
I use this stuff for pretty much everything bike wise, waterproofing electrics, lubricating including the chain & just coat everything in it after cleaning.

 

No Aldi`s in northern ireland ffs Usually buy it from fleebay at £3 a can.

 

Use plenty on your seat, grips and discs for maximum protection

 

I have used GT85 for years ............... In my opinion, it is the best all round cleaning/maintenance/protective spray out there. It gets used on the road/offroad bikes, car, chainsaw - you name it.

 

Just visited my local Aldi. £1.99 for 400ml can. Treated myself to half a dozen cans

 

Was labeled up as £2.99 in my local.....after buying 1 can as a tester it is in fact 1.99, treated the garage to 6 cans
