Its all in the pre Prepand caring for them when you out riding .. , I am super OCD with Goggles, have one of those clear Plastic lock down boxes form the pound shop , all in lied up , with clean rags..

I used only two pairs on each day at the Natterjack, and it was Humid , sandy , with light Drizzle I always use Double glazed lens ( Scott Hustle )... Once a drop of rain goes inside you F*****, try not to keep taking them on and off , as you you head temp will be differnet to out side temp and they will steam up then . and if you do take them off put them on to of Grip, FACE UP ! so no water get on them , I stick some cleam dry strips of rag up my race shirt sleeve , and gently wipe the lens clean at Each check, also pat the foam dry to take up any sweat..

Dont stick them on back of Helmet or they will soak up and the Mud and Shit, Ive got a New set of Rolls Off , but Never used the as the Double lens thing has always worked for me ..:burnout:

Rinse the goggles in washing up liquid like ya do when paintballing,
Or visit any scuba diving shop, they all sell goggle anti fog stuff, one really gd wax that you rub on the inside of your goggles. That is handily avail on eBay, is called

Wear lighter clothing... I only have problem with goggles fogging when I start getting very hot :hmh:

Being a big lad I have suffered from this for years. I use UVEX mx goggles which have an anti fog lens that actually works! The do all the wintersports stuff so they now their stuff. Only problem is that there are not many stockists. I need a couple of new lens's so I am on the look out for a dealer at the mo.

Hebo vision they don't stop misting up totatly but really help

 

"don't breathe" My old oakleys and my progrips don't fog but I bought a new pair of scotts that I wore for first time at H&H race and fook me backward I couldn't see shit. Ended up wearing em round my neck and just got battered by every branch on the way round. Its not the way forward!

 

Spray pledge or Mr Sheen on the inside and polish off. Works great and no fogging. Just make sure the Mrs doesn't catch you with the polish otherwise you have to do some housework

 

Small amount of neat washing up liquid smeared on the inside with a bit of kitchen roll let dry then polish off with clean kitchen roll, works great
