These are all I use on the rear for laning I think they are great, not that hard wearing but nowhere near as bad as the six days or "six hours" as I like to call them! Most people rave on about the Mitas CO2 for laning but this was worst tyre I have personally ridden on and found I had no grip what so ever.
I think its everyone to their own and what suits your riding style and terrain!

Everyone who ran AC10s for green laning now use these (Including me) Tyre Details | Maxxis Tyres I found them to be hard wearing & a really good all rounder, I used this tyre in Wales last weekend & i was impressed with it (its a keeper !) Ive not tried the front yet but it will be my next front tyre !
Mitas Co2s In my opinion are good for the bigger bikes (500 plus) but wear flat due to the road work & you seem to feel the knobbles on the road, Hard wearing though.

I think they are great. Last a ridiculously long time for the amount of grip they give. The front isn't as good as a mud tyre in the wet (of course) but is adequate. I only notice a difference on a wet MX track. For the money they are great. I've switched from the 6 Days to these because at my level the cost and longevity of the Maxxis tips the balance over the performance.

Don't really like the Maxxis Enduro tyre though - fantastic grip but REALLY thin carcass (ok if you run mousses I guess)

Never ran the AC10 but almost never see one at a race either.

I did have a Bridgestone M59 on the front (full on motocross, not road legal) that was on the bike from new, it's been the best front tyre I've ever used for all round performance including road work !!!
Ive used the Michelin comp, metzeler six days, gritty etc which are all ok & don't last bad seeing there on the front, but I'm still on a quest to find a road legal front tyre to match the Bridgestone M59 .

I've heard the acs last about 2 minutes on the road, so im guessing your going for tires for green laning.

If not, I've contis TCK80s for the road. Went to isle of man on them. Brill tires. Done about 800 miles, started to square, but still loads of tread. If its wet on slow tight corners, I lost a lot of confidence. But dry or wet on faster roads they are great. Had the tire peeling up the mountain, and water was evaporating off them in the rain. Got some good corner speeds up there. No chickens strips left on the front... Loads on the back, guessing thats for off road use.
In the dry on tight corners, they are great to.
I tried some green lanes, they were pretty good. And went through a foot and a half of water and mud in a marchland no problem. The bike wanted to leave me behind. Struggled to hold on lol. But that might just be the bikes torque.

Sorry, essay over
